Happy Friday, Vineland families!
What an incredible week it's been. Thanks to your amazing support, Vineland is in first place for the second week in a row in the Charlotte County School's Attendance Contest! Your commitment to your child’s regular attendance is making a huge difference in their academic success, and we're so proud of our students for their hard work.
Our attendance prize drawings are creating so much excitement! This week, 20 students who had perfect attendance won a prize, and we celebrated our school's great habits by recognizing them on the school news.
Your support also helped us achieve something truly special today: we were recognized as a GOLD PBIS School! We celebrated with all our students, giving them a gold star and a chocolate coin to honor their dedication to our school expectations. Our Herons truly ROCK!
We appreciate your help with our drop-off and pick-up procedures, which keep everyone safe and on time. A quick reminder:
- Morning drop-off (all students): Enter from the Spinnaker entrance (by Ainger) starting at 8:10 AM. Please pull all the way to the end of the sidewalk to keep the line moving. The Boundary entrance is closed every morning until 8:40 am.
-
Afternoon pick-up:
- Grades K-2: Please use the Boundary entrance.
- Grades 3-5: Please use the Spinnaker/Ainger entrance.
- Please refrain from using the bus garage or other areas on campus to turn around. The lines run side by side and this becomes a safety issue.
Finally, if you're looking for a sweet treat this weekend, don't forget our partnership with Alligator Creamery! A portion of the proceeds will support our wonderful PTO.
Thank you for everything you do to make Vineland a fantastic place to learn. Have a wonderful weekend!
