2024- 2025 Heron Hangout Information

Heron Hangout is Vineland's before and after care program for Kindergarten through fifth grade students. Families may choose morning care (start time, 7:00 am), after care (concluding at 6:00 pm), or both.
 
Heron Hangout offers nourishing snacks, physical activity, homework support, socialization, team building and creative activities. The goal of Heron Hangout is to help your child SOAR: Show Respect, Own their Actions, Accept Difference & Realize Potential. Heron Hangout aims to provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for children.
 
We know you have options in choosing your child's care. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your child. The Hangout staff is honored to be a part of their development and are committed to providing a nurturing and safe environment.

Revtrak is the application used for tuition payments. Tuition is automatically deducted from your account weekly. If you previously set up an account, sign-in information will remain the same. For new account holders, you will need to create your account and enter a password. Login information will remain the same from year to year. Heron Hangout/VES does not have access to Revtrak login information. Please acknowledge Heron Hangout's policies prior to registration. 
 
FOCUS updates will be necessary prior to your child's first day at Heron Hangout. If you need assistance accessing your child's FOCUS account, please contact the main office (941) 697-6600.
